Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office reception and front desk duties professionally

  • Create technical drawings using AutoCAD and 3D design software

  • Attend and manage customer meetings & discussions effectively

  • Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and file organization

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and sales

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar office/admin role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related 3D design tools
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Good understanding of BOQ preparation and quotation formats
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in document & file management
  • Valid Oman Driving License
  • Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, and English (verbal & written)
