The Academic Director will oversee curriculum development, academic quality, faculty performance, and overall academic strategy to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
Develop and monitor academic policies and curriculum standards
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation bodies
Supervise Heads of Departments and teaching staff
Monitor student academic performance and improvement strategies
Conduct teacher training and professional development programs
Implement quality assurance processes
Drive innovation in pedagogy and assessment
Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (PhD preferred)
7–10 years of academic leadership experience
Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks
Leadership and staff management experience
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
