Manage all financial transactions including student fees, vendor payments, staff reimbursements, petty cash, and daily cash/online settlements.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation for audits.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports, outstanding statements, and MIS summaries.
Handle student & parent payment queries, billing clarifications, and provide smooth customer support.
Coordinate with sales/admin teams for enrollment updates and ensure timely payment follow-ups and financial accuracy across departments.
M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
1–3 years experience in accounting (EdTech/Education preferred)
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals, tallying & reconciliation
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Experience in customer handling (students/parents)
Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, CRM tools
Detail-oriented, responsible, and smart in communication
