Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a relevant leadership/management role within the education sector.

Lead and oversee the operations of the institution(s) in alignment with vision and goals.
Drive academic, administrative, and financial excellence.
Build strategic partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
Manage and mentor senior staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Educational: Master’s Degree in Education Management.PhD/M.Phil. preferred for higher education institutions.
Experience: Proven leadership record as Principal, Vice Principal, Director, Dean, or equivalent. Experience with accreditation (NAAC, CBSE, AICTE, etc.) is an added advantage.
