Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Ensure food items are displayed and replenished appropriately.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery.

Requirements

  • Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent qualification.
  • Good spoken English communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good behaviour, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in food service, restaurants, cafés, or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
