Job Description

Location: UAE / Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full-scale digital marketing strategies across all brands
  • Drive SEO performance and optimize website traffic and conversions
  • Manage and scale social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Plan and execute high-performing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Create and oversee content strategies that engage, convert, and build brand value
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous optimization
  • Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team to achieve business goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in handling multi-brand or agency-level marketing operations

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Proven experience in SEO, performance marketing, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and growth strategies
  • Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
