Operate field equipment, machinery, and instruments as per operating procedures.
Perform routine inspections of process areas and report abnormalities.
Assist in start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of field operations.
Monitor gauges, flow meters, valves, and operational indicators during shifts.
Support maintenance teams during equipment repairs or servicing.
Follow HSE standards and ensure safe working practices in all activities.
1–2 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or similar technical field (preferred).
Technical background: ITI / Diploma / Technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
Basic understanding of field equipment and industrial operations.
Ability to work in shift schedules and outdoor field conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
