Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MSW (HR/Personnel Management), Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within large organizations managing 500+ employees.
Experience in food catering, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or other large operational environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, HR policies, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in workforce planning, large-scale recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR technologies.
Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
GCC/Bahrain HR experience is an added advantage.
Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred.
Experience managing blue-collar and multi-location workforces is highly desirable.
