Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Human Resources functions across the organization.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and all applicable employment regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR administration.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MSW (HR/Personnel Management), Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within large organizations managing 500+ employees.
  • Experience in food catering, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or other large operational environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, HR policies, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, large-scale recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR technologies.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCC/Bahrain HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred.
  • Experience managing blue-collar and multi-location workforces is highly desirable.
