Develop training materials, curriculum, and assessments in line with industry standards
Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training sessions
Evaluate trainees and provide clear, actionable feedback
Ensure compliance with 5M International’s quality and safety standards
Support training coordination and contribute to program enhancement
Maintain accurate documentation of training attendance, assessments, and outcomes
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices
Strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Technical background in operations, maintenance, engineering, or safety
Prior training or instructional experience (not mandatory)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse trainee groups
Freshers to the training field with Oil & Gas experience
Individuals with BSc, Diploma, or Engineering background
Candidates passionate about sharing knowledge and developing people
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing workforce capacity
