Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems aligned with KOC and project standards.
Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact assessments.
Review engineering drawings, method statements, and work procedures to ensure safety compliance.
Oversee Permit to Work (PTW) system, incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections, emergency drills, and safety performance evaluations.
Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain HSE excellence.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation including plans, reports, manuals, and compliance records.
Provide technical safety guidance, training, and mentoring to site staff and workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Safety preferred).
Minimum 5+ years Oil & Gas experience (Mandatory).
Prior experience in KOC or Kuwait BOO projects is an added advantage.
Strong expertise in HSE engineering, risk management, HAZOP/HAZID, PTW systems, and regulatory compliance.
Professional certifications such as Nebosh IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Must be available for immediate joining (within 15 days).
Salary: 1000–1100 KD
