Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in furniture sales (mandatory).
Skills:
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
Strong product knowledge (styles, materials, construction).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Languages: English & Hindi (Malayalam preferred).
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets in furniture retail.
Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Guide and train the sales team to improve performance.
Maintain strong product knowledge across furniture styles, materials, and construction.
Develop strategies for increasing showroom walk-ins and conversions.
Handle client queries, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
