We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and dedicated School Counsellor to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting student well-being and creating a safe, supportive school environment.
Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students
Support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
Identify students requiring special attention and intervention
Develop and implement student wellness programs
Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, career guidance, and personal development
Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor student progress
Maintain confidential student records and documentation
Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Child Development
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a school environment preferred
Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, patient, and professional approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality
