We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the institution’s branding, admissions marketing, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive student enrollment growth and enhance institutional visibility.
Develop and implement annual marketing strategy aligned with admission targets
Lead digital marketing, social media, SEO, and paid campaigns
Manage school branding, brochures, website, and promotional materials
Build partnerships with feeder schools and community organizations
Plan and execute admission campaigns and events
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Lead and manage the marketing team
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5–8 years of marketing experience (education sector preferred)
Strong digital marketing expertise
Leadership and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
