Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity operations and protect organizational systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The role involves monitoring security events, investigating incidents, conducting threat hunting activities, performing security assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, suspicious activities, and potential threats.

• Investigate security incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks.

• Conduct threat hunting and identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.

• Analyze security alerts and logs using SIEM and other security monitoring tools.

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and remediate vulnerabilities.

• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and security trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security operations roles.

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management tools.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, incident response, and risk management.

• Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

• CompTIA Security+

• GIAC Security Certifications

• CISSP or CISM (preferred)
