Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP system.
- Oversee the availability of valid backups as well as prepare appropriate restore and recovery procedures.
- Collaborating with departments to integrate business processes.
- Customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet the organization's needs.
- Establish standards for ERP/ SAP structures, physical design, and security, and install, upgrade, reorganize, patch, and maintain AIP ERP systems accordingly, in order to optimize the design.
- Leading ERP-related projects from planning to implementation.
- Supporting ERP system users and conducting training sessions.
- Provide dedicated operations monitoring, control, analysis, fine-tuning, and capacity management over AIP- ERP System
- Identifying and resolving system issues.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business work processes for a specific function in order to improve business decision making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Certifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Certification in SAP is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Office 365 highly recommended
Technical Skills:
- ERP expertise, Database Management, Programming Skills, System Integration, Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Troubleshooting, Networking Basics, User Training and Support, Change Management
